Refund Policy

The Company aims to ensure a clear understanding of the financial relationship between Experts and Customers regarding the services we offer.
This Refund Policy (“Policy”), outlines how we handle refunds. We are responsible for delivering the Product on time and in accordance with the Customer's specifications provided in the Order. If any of the Expert's obligations related to the Order delivery are not fulfilled, the Customer is entitled to a partial or full refund, as detailed in this Policy.

General

The Site serves solely as a platform and will not be a party to any contracts made between Experts and Customers or any services or materials provided by the Expert. The Company will not be responsible for overseeing any transactions between Customers and Experts.
Please note that refund eligibility may differ depending on your country or region. In areas with consumer protection laws, you retain your rights under those laws. To request a refund, please contact us.
This Policy grants you the right to request a refund if the Product provided by the Expert does not meet the requirements specified in your Order.
To ensure this Policy is as transparent as possible, we highlight the specific situations in which we can offer a refund. These include:
  • No Expert Assigned Yet
This is an uncommon situation, but it can occur. In such cases, the refund amount will always be 100%.
  • Late Cancellation
If the Expert was confirmed but you chose to cancel the Order, the refund amount will range from 100% to 70% to account for the efforts of the Company and the Expert in attempting to deliver the purchased Product and services. This applies when the paper has not yet been uploaded. If the work has already been completed, the case will be treated as a Disputed Claim. Our Quality Assurance department will review such claims and determine the appropriate refund amount.
  • Late Delivery
The Company will issue a refund to compensate for late delivery, with the exact amount to be determined in discussion with the Customer. However, if the Late Delivery is due to the Customer's failure to provide necessary information for completing the order, no refund will be granted. To avoid such issues, it is recommended to provide all relevant information, including any additional sources to be used, when placing the order initially.
If the Order is completed after the initial deadline has passed but the Customer still wishes to use the work, they may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Disputed claims
If the Customer is not satisfied and requests a refund, the Quality Assurance Department will conduct an investigation. The refund claim will be approved or denied based on the outcome of the investigation.
  • Accidental Duplicate Order
To cancel an Order placed by mistake, you must contact us as soon as possible and specify that the Order is no longer needed. In this case, a full refund will be processed. If no cancellation request is made before an Expert is assigned, the Order will be considered valid. You can still cancel the Order, but one of the situations outlined above will apply.
  • Two invoices received
If you are billed twice, please contact us immediately, particularly if your Personal Balance remains unchanged. Provide both receipts so we can investigate the issue and process a full refund for the extra charge.
  • Content originality
If there is a claim regarding the Product's originality, a detailed report from a reputable service, including evidence, is required. Without this, a refund cannot be provided.
You are not entitled to a refund if:
  • You used the Product for personal purposes or as a part of another Order on the Site. In such cases, at least 70% of the contract price will be refunded. However, the final amount may be adjusted based on the findings of the QA Department's investigation.
  • A lower grade than what was expected is received. Please note that we do not guarantee high grades. Our Site serves as a learning platform that connects Customers with education Experts to help improve the Customer’s educational level. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for claims related to failing a course or similar outcomes. The Expert’s role is to assist the Customer based on the requirements outlined in the Order, but it is ultimately the Customer’s responsibility to complete their educational tasks independently.
  • You were not admitted to an educational institution or did not pass an exam, test, or quiz. Please be aware that we do not guarantee an increase in your chances of admission or offer assistance with passing exams, tests, or quizzes. While we can provide educational materials or information, we do not support academic dishonesty. As such, we do not offer Products that can be submitted as your own or someone else’s work.
  • If we don’t have a way to verify that the service was provided poorly. This applies specifically, but is not limited to, situations where: you bypassed the Site; you placed an order through a third-party platform or inserted a URL linking to third-party resources, preventing our Quality Assurance Department from reviewing the completed work (if any); or you placed an order without adhering to the Site's policies and requirements.
  • The editing and proofreading Order did not meet your expectations. It is your responsibility to provide Experts with clear requirements and expectations regarding the Order to be delivered. We are not liable for errors related to content context or issues with originality in materials you provide to the Expert. The Customer is not entitled to a refund if the delivery fails due to quality issues in editing or proofreading orders. Furthermore, any attempt to treat editing or rewriting orders as original content requests, or pressuring Experts to create new content, will be considered a malicious act.
  • The refund period has passed. Refunds can be processed within six months from the date of the original transaction. The amount will be credited back to the payment method used for the purchase. However, if more than six months have elapsed since the transaction, refunds will not be available.
We are not responsible for, nor are we obligated to issue refunds for, internet or service outages or failures resulting from government actions, third-party activities, or circumstances beyond our control.

Refund Processing

If your request is approved, it may take additional time for the funds to be credited back to your payment method. The Company generally processes refunds within 3 business days. However, the Company is not responsible for any bank transfer fees, transfer issues, or potential delays that may occur.
Please be aware that refund processing is influenced by the payment date of your order and, in some instances, may be more prone to issues. This is beyond our control, as refunds are managed by independent payment card network processors that operate under their own policies. Consequently, we are unable to process your refund in such cases.
Refunds are eligible within six months from the date of the original transaction. If this period has passed, you will not qualify for a refund. Any approved refund will be issued back to the original payment method used.
Similarly, refunds cannot be redirected to a different payment method (e.g., transferring the refund to a new credit card with another company).

Chargeback

Chargebacks happen when you dispute a transaction with your card issuer, prompting them to contact us to reverse the charge.
In the case of a chargeback, you agree that we may suspend access to your account. Any fees resulting from chargebacks or other payment disputes will be your responsibility to cover.

Expired Account

If your last activity on the Site exceeds 180 days from the date of your last payment, your account will be deemed expired and will be deleted. Along with your account or profile, all personal data processed by the Company will also be permanently erased.

Deletion of an Account

You can request to delete your account at any time by clicking the deactivate button in your account settings. However, please note that deactivation does not entitle you to any refunds.
In case we suspend or deactivate your account because of a breach of any of our policies, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused Services, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.
If your account is suspended or deactivated due to a violation of our policies, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund or exchange for unused services, any content or data linked to your account, or any other associated items.
Account deletion is irreversible. If you later decide to place orders with us again or use Products and Services that require an account, you will need to create a new account.

Payment Services

We utilize third-party payment services to process payments through an online payment account, eliminating the need to handle your credit or debit card information directly. Your paid balance is secure, as we employ an integrated iframe for checkouts provided by our payment partners, ensuring that Experts are compensated for each confirmed Product. All transactions are safeguarded by encryption technology used by our payment partners. Additionally, we do not store your payment information on our servers.

Processing of Billing Information

We do not collect, store, or process your billing information. Any billing information you provide to make payments for Services on the Site is handled exclusively by our payment providers.
You agree that the Company is not responsible for any failure by third parties to adequately protect your billing information. Payment processing is governed by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of our payment partners, in addition to the provisions of this Policy.
You acknowledge that we may change our payment providers and authorize the transfer of your information to other service providers. These providers are required to encrypt your information using secure socket layer (SSL) technology or other necessary security measures.

Payments and Taxes

We will retain your payment and release it to the applicable Expert once the ordered Product is completed at the agreed-upon price. Both Customers and Experts are responsible for covering all transaction fees associated with the delivery and use of services through our Site.
Registering as a user on the Site is free. However, when placing an Order, the Customer may incur a non-refundable Service fee charged by the Company. This fee is only refundable if the Order evaluation is 0% (zero percent).
All parties are responsible for paying any fees and applicable taxes related to the delivery and use of Services on our Site. Experts are charged a commission for our Services. Failure by an Expert to pay the required fees will constitute a material breach of this Policy and the Terms and Conditions.

Payouts

Experts are compensated for each Product confirmed by a Customer, with payments credited to their account on the platform. To withdraw funds, Experts can use our third-party payment services, ensuring secure transactions.

Other

All payments made through our Site are exclusively intended for the delivery and consumption of Services between Customers and Experts. These payments must not be used for any fraudulent, criminal, or illegal activities as defined by applicable law.

Authorship after a Refund

If an Order is canceled, the Customer is not permitted to use any Products provided prior to the cancellation. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, full authorship of the Products from the canceled order remains with us, and the Customer has no rights to use them. Additionally, the Product will be uploaded to repository services, where it will be flagged as 100% non-original.

Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated periodically. The most current version will always be available on the Site.
We will typically attempt to provide advance notice before new terms take effect. However, in certain cases where immediate changes are necessary, we may implement them without prior notice.
